With over 17 years of International experience working in the Tourism and IT market, we are experts in our field of working with travel agencies, hotel chains, Tour Operators, National Offices of Tourism, and Embassies for Tourism, and with retailers networks, developers and system integrators for the IT field.

In this time we have developed and maintained warm personal relationships with a large number of tour operators (including TOP5), travel agencies and independent agents. Working closely with our partners, we focus on different segments of the tourism market, including luxury, sports and business events (MICE), trade shows, casinos, spas and resorts. This deep experience gives us the background to develop custom recommendations and solutions for our clients. We work closely with our clients to develop a roadmap for success in the Russian travel market.
In the field of IT, we cooperate with the largest System integrators and vendors.
Rich experience in rapid prototyping and business acceleration helps us in working with very young bright projects, as well as in solving new tasks or even creating new products for the needs of our clients.

Representing our partners in different countries, we always establish good relations with the Embassies (Germany, Mexico) of these countries and National Tourism Offices (Dominican rep., Cuba, Mexico, Maldives). So most of our marketing efforts are made to improve the attractiveness of the country as a whole.
Results of 2020 for EvoTrends

We agree that 2020 was not easy. Our team uses any crisis as a motive to look for new points of growth and to diversify the business. We want to draw attention to good outcomes:
  • EvoTrends did not fire a single employee;
  • We continued to work on marketing even with hotel chains that were located in countries in which flights were suspended (in lockdown). As a result, following the restoration of charter flights, these hotels received more than 41.7% of all bookings in their region;
  • We began to work more with Russian partners. At a time when all international tourism was closed, we automated two Russian hotels, this allowed these hotels to avoid an operational collapse at a time when demand increased several dozen times;
  • EvoTrends became the official partner of the Bnovo PMS system, which made it possible to fully automate the operation of hotels, distribute the load on telephone operators, agencies, and online sales channels (Booking, Expedia, Ostrovok, etc.), organize your own online sales with card-payment acceptance in a matter of days;
  • We developed and tested new strategies to minimize ADs budgets and make them dependent on hotel occupancy (for example, ads can only spend money if less than 80% is sold in the next booking window);
  • More than 8800 e-mail subscribers from different cities of Russia and CIS;
  • More than 1500 subscribers at professional Facebook group Cuba4Pro;

Over the past decade, legislation regulating the tourism industry in Russia has improved dramatically with the creation of a legislative framework similar to those in European countries.

There are over 10,000 registered travel agencies in Russia, with 60% of them making regular sales - essentially the sale of tour packages created by tour operators. Over the past two years, online sales have increased significantly, both by agents and direct customers.

As of September, 2019, the total number of registered tour operators with a license to sell trips abroad was 526. This is because obtaining a tour operator license requires the agency to provide substantial financial guarantees.
